Download and install [https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?lang=eng&DwnldID=21711 Intel WiMAX support files] and replace/add the [attachment:Finished_Files.zip two configuration files: GENIOperator.dat and indexKPP.dat] in c:\Program Files\Intel\WiMAX\bin\WiMAXData (these files will extend list of supported WiMAX operators with GENI - i.e. OID 44:51:db at 2590 MHz). Restart the machine.
