    154154  - Wait for the provisioning to complete (it takes a couple of minutes)
    155155  - If the provisioning fails, the BS is probably in "maintenance"
    156 mode (ours was) and must be switched to "out of service" with the
    157 following steps:
    158       -- Select the BS and click on Manage
    159       -- Go to the "State and control" page
    160       -- Under "16e BS service state" select "Set out of service"
    161       -- Click OK and wait, now the provisioning should take place
